"We have owned one property or another over the years in Didim Aydin, we eventually settled in our beautiful villa in Akbük 9 years ago, we loved it there and spent the majority of our time there. "We have owned a property in Akbük for some years, but it was in need of being updated. We instructed a builder but after being strung along by the builder for 3 years (who kept taking money and did next to nothing) we found our saviour in Hasan from Realty World.

We emailed to ask if Realty World knew a builder or if they could help us to finish the villa, Jan( who is also fantastic) answered my email and spoke to Hasan at Realty World estate agents in Altinkum, Didim, who agreed to meet us and give us a quote to do the works.

Hasan and Jan picked us up and took us to our property which was now in a very sorry state and gave us a quote to do all the work needed, it had stood empty for a long time.

This included not just the building work but also electrics, plumbing, new windows, tiles, bathrooms and new kitchen.

We were able to pay in stages and after the first payment work started straight away with no excuses or delays like the other so-called builder.

We were sent updated photo’s and videos of the work being carried out at regular intervals, I was consulted in all decisions for bathroom tiles, cabinets and kitchen design in constant contact with Jan who kept us up to date with the progress.

The work carried out was to the highest standard with great attention to detail on all aspects of the build.

They were also quick to address a few snags (which were very minimal)

We cannot praise Hasan enough for the excellent work he has done.

Also, a special mention to Jan and Mustafa at Realty World, they have helped us in so many ways from furniture shopping, to new water meter and anything else you can think of.
