That’s why we’ve expanded our services to include Realty World / Choices After Sales Services (RWCAS), a dedicated After Sales Services and Property Management division designed to support property owners long after the keys are handed over.

RWCAS was created in response to the growing needs of owners who live abroad or spend extended periods away from their homes. Built around clear communication, accountability, and owner visibility, the service ensures properties are cared for exactly as intended, even when owners are not in Turkey. The division is led by Laura Bower, who has lived in Didim since 2005 and brings extensive hands-on experience in local real estate and property management.

Operating as a trusted local point of contact in the Didim, Altinkum and Akbuk areas, RWCAS offers a full range of after-sales and property management services, including regular inspections, maintenance coordination, refurbishment support, utility and key-holding services, and clear, periodic financial reporting. All works and costs are transparently handled, agreed in advance wherever possible, and reported so owners always know what has been done, when, and why.
